River Session at the joint meeting of ASLO / NABS in June 2010

	River studies have expanded greatly over the last decade, addressing questions of interest to a broad range of scientists. This session will encourage presentations on the most recent developments in our understanding of river systems. Topics can cover studies of the population ecology of taxa, community interactions, the influence of biotic and abiotic factors on community structure, productivity, trophic dynamics, and nutrient cycling. Of particular interest are papers that address broader questions in aquatic science.
